General

Our main aim is to make our booking process as simple, quick, and efficient as possible for our customers.

The key stages are below:

1. Find out what size you will need to store, either by contacting us or coming in to view the unit size directly.

2. Simply book online using our portal, sign up using your email address, and fill out the information. This includes a clear copy of photographic ID (driving licence or passport) and a utility bill dated within the last three months.

3. Sign the storage licence agreement and you will receive your access code via the email you have signed up with. The storage unit will then be on a monthly rolling basis after the first three-month period (unless stated otherwise).

4. When you are ready to vacate your unit, just email a member of the store team with the agreed-upon amount of notice before leaving your unit tidy and clean as you were given it.

Green Goat Storage does not offer unrestricted 24-hour access. Our reception opening hours are stated below and on our website. However, depending on the circumstances, out of hours access may be granted. Please speak to the reception for more information on whether you will be eligible for 24-hour access.

Our reception is open to customers at the following times: Monday to Friday — 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday — 9 am to 4 pm Sunday — 10 am to 4 pm. Please note that on upcoming public holidays and bank holidays, there will be a notice beforehand on the reception door to inform customers if there are any changes to reception opening hours.

Customer access hours are the same as reception hours. If you require access outside of these time please speak to reception. 

Yes we are open on most Bank Holidays, from 10 am to 4 pm. The only days we are not open is Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. 

Yes, we offer car parking space for customers.

Yes we have lifts to each level in the building. 

Yes, we have trolleys available for customers to use. We do not offer pallet trucks or forklift services on site.

Security

At our site, we have prioritised the security of customers and their belongings. The premises and units are alarmed and there is monitored CCTV 24/7 inside and outside the building. The Noke access control system also tracks the activity on site and alerts customers each time their unit is opened. 

Yes, we have 24/7 CCTV on site and inside the building. An external monitoring company maintains it after hours. Motion sensors are also activated after access hours.

No. The Storage Licence Agreement is in your name; therefore, only you have access to the unit. Via your phone, you have full control over who enters your unit. 

Payment

All payments are made through our booking platform accessable via the website. You can use your credit or debit card details when signing up for storage. We do not accept cash payments for any of our services.

No. There is no deposit needed to reserve or book a unit with us.

No. There are no hidden costs associated with storing with us. All our unit prices are inclusive of VAT and openly advertised on our website. The only variable is the insurance cover you might need as the Storeprotect prices depend on the actual value of your goods.

We are confident of being the best value self storage company in Fulham. However if you find a price, from an equivilent store, that beats our quote then we will match or better their offer.  Please forward the quote to the store team at fulham@greengoatstorage.co.uk . We will evaluate the information provided and offer you a better quote if possible.

Services

Our customers can hire our on-site van at discounted rates. For your initial check in, the van is free to use, just book through our website. If you require help with moving your things to our Fulham site, then please contact the store and we will endeavour to arrange assistance.

Our friendly team is available during office hours to guide you to your unit. While we strive to accommodate all requests, please note that we may not always have staff available for physical assistance with moving items in or out.

You will need to arrange your own cover due to the fact that everyones goods are different. We offer customers a dedicated Storeprotect product that is industry standard and allows you to set your cover.
