If you need help in moving your items to the facility our on site team can help. If items are small then we are happy to provide our complimentary Man & Van service. For larger moves we have partnership rates with specialist movers and are happy to pass these savings on to you. Just get in touch with the on site team with your queries.
Our friendly team is available during office hours to guide you to your unit. While we strive to accommodate all requests, please note that we may not always have staff available for physical assistance with moving items in or out.
No. The Storage Licence Agreement is in your name; therefore, only you have access to the unit. You are the PIN holder and have sole access to your unit.
We offer peace of mind through our StoreProtect arrangements, accepting liability for any damage to your goods. Detailed information regarding StoreProtect will be provided upon move-in.
